Job Description
The Department of Athletics is searching for a Director of Recruiting to organize and manage all aspects of recruiting for the Women\'s Basketball program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organize and manage the summer recruiting calendar
- Organize recruit visits
- Organize recruiting travel
- Organize game day visits for prospective student-athletes
- Organize and manage the recruiting database, including ensuring accurate and pertinent information (cell number, email, physical address, home address, etc.) for all recruits
- Ensure compliance with NCAA recruiting rules
- Serve as liaison between departments, helping students deal with compliance, student services, strength and conditioning, travel plans, housing, parking, and legal matters.
- Assist in coordinating team travel
- Assist with player and non-game public appearances
- Assist with alumni events
- Organize and assist with summer camps
- Other duties as assigned by the head coach

MastersMinimum Requirements
- A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and at least five years of relevant experience working within a basketball program
- Administrative recruiting experience, and recruiting coordination.
Desired Qualifications
- Social media analytics experience.
