Job Description


The Director of Graduate Evening Programs provides overall operational management for a several hundred student PMBA program within the Sellinger School of Business and Management. This includes both the online and hybrid options. The Director duties include assistance with recruiting, admission, student advising, program scheduling, management of academic progress, online and in-person programming events, surveying students to determine MBA outcomes, data collection and management for effective decision making and change management. The Director serves as a primary contact for internal and external constituents including students and prospective students interested in program specifics as well as keeping program alums engaged. The Director manages a staff of advisors to ensure a successful operation and student satisfaction.
