Overview


As the Director of Corporate Development and Ventures Ecosystem, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and driving growth through innovative partnerships and acquisitions. Your expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning will empower you to identify new opportunities that align with our vision. You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing our ventures ecosystem while ensuring robust financial health and compliance.

What you'll do



Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of mergers and acquisitions that align with corporate strategy. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the ventures ecosystem, fostering innovation and collaboration. Prepare comprehensive financial statements and conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation. Manage internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential investments in private equity and other strategic ventures. Provide insights through equity research that inform corporate strategy and investment decisions. Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Experience



Proven experience in corporate development or a similar role with a focus on mergers & acquisitions. Strong background in corporate finance, public accounting, or technical accounting. Expertise in negotiation, financial statement preparation, tax accounting, auditing, and internal audits. Solid understanding of financial software tools for analysis and reporting purposes. Demonstrated ability to conduct cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in financial analysis and equity research. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80,710.41 - $102,199.63 per year
