Overview

Direct Support Professional--Will be around animals at the home- they have a dog. CN- Will be volunteering at a local cat shelter. Someone who is okay with animals.

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. and Wednesday/Friday 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. and Every Other Saturday 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

We are hiring compassionate, hard working, friendly and reliable Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. (I/DD). If you don\'t have previous I/DD experience, we\'ll provide training!

Responsibilities

• Teaching skills to promote independence
• Supporting community inclusion and integration
• Assisting with daily living needs
• Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships
• Provide guidance and support in daily activities

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver\'s license
• Must be able to pass a level 2 background check

Community Based Care is a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services covered provider. Proof of full vaccination with an FDA approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccine is required.
