Job Description
Top Care Support is looking for a Direct Support Professional who is Caring, Compassionate, Open Minded and Reliable, to assist a female with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities living in Scotch Plains NJ. Job Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as required
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using specialized equipment as needed
- Provide meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional support
- Assist with personal care, including dressing, bathing, and toileting.
- Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all patient information compliant to HIPAA law and regulations
- Complete daily logs and written reports.
- Is at least 18 years of age
- Has a passion for helping those in need
- Must be willing to have a background check
- Must be willing to take a drug screening
- Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
- Must have valid driver\'s license and good driving record
- CPR/First Aid Certification
