Job Description

Hours Monday - Tuesday 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday - Friday 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Duties:

- Provide direct support and assistance to individual with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individual in developing independent living skills
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
- Promote community integration and participation in social activities
- Document and report any changes in individuals' health or behavior

Experience:

- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Knowledge of direct support techniques and strategies
- Experience in senior care or nursing is a plus
- Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide compassionate care
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs

You must have a valid drivers license and Pass a drug screen and pass back ground checks
