Job Summary:

We are seeking a few compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals, subs, and per-diem in our group homes As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence.

Duties:

- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.

- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care.

- Monitor and record vital signs and health status, as needed.

- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia care if required.

- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as needed.

- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals you support.

Experience:

- Prior experience in caregiving or home care is preferred.

- Knowledge of medication administration systems.

- Ability to prepare meals according to dietary requirements.

- Familiarity with social work principles for effective support.

- Experience in providing dementia care is a plus.

-Experience working with individuals with behaviors.
