Job Description

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will assist the people we support to achieve their goals based on their individual preferences and abilities at home, work and in the community.

Ensure that individuals supported are treated with respect and dignity Interacts in a polite, honest, positive and professional manner Supports people in activities of their own choosing at home and in the community Assists individuals to develop a positive self-image; encourage independence with adult day living skills providing assistance whenever needed

Requirements

19 years of age High School Diploma/GED Valid driver's license Must clear a Criminal Background check
