Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic

Direct Support Professional

to support an individual who lives Bloomsbury/Phillipsburg, New Jersey

Phillipsburg/Asbury - Looking for a crafty and innovative DSP to provide once weekly support to an individual living at home with family. The ideal DSP will like puzzles, artwork, doing crafts and will like the idea of providing 1:1 support. Some basic personal care (e.g. assistance in the bathroom) needed, but otherwise, this is about companionship and lowkey fun! Hours are Wednesdays 11 Am - 3 PM. $25/hr. Must have valid DL and reliable car. Most support is at home; occasionally, may need to drive individual locally.

A 401K is a benefit that is available to employees who have successfully completed their 90-day introductory period to Royal. Employees who have are eligible to enroll the following month. Royal has a 10% match to employee contributions, and more information about this benefit can be provided upon request

Qualifications:

Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent

Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
