Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic

Direct Support Professional

to support an individual who lives in Florham Park, New Jersey

Florham Park

- Looking for an intuitive, friendly DSP with good boundaries to provide assistance to an individual living independently. Ideal DSP will love animals, love coffee, and enjoy mixing daily tasks (e.g. helping with housecleaning) with fun stuff (e.g. going out, finding adventure).

DSP wanted for 6 hours weekly, must be broken up into 2 weekend days - Saturdays & Sundays.

If you are a DSP committed to building a positive relationship with the people you support, this DSP position may be for you! $24hour.

A 401K is a benefit that is available to employees who have successfully completed their 90-day introductory period to Royal. Employees who have are eligible to enroll the following month. Royal has a 10% match to employee contributions, and more information about this benefit can be provided upon request

Qualifications:

Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent



Must have a car



Must have valid driver's license and good driving record



Must be willing to have a background check
