Job Description
Direct Support Professional in the home setting(Congregate Site). Provide personal care assistance(Bathing dressing, meal preparation, light-housekeeping) Medication administration Job requirements as follows: Must have at least one year of homecare experience working with the adult developmentally disabled. Must be CPR/First-aide certified or willing to obtain. Must have or willing to obtain Medication administration certification Must have a High school Diploma or equivalent GED. Job Compensation as follows: $15to $17.50 per hr.

Responsibilities
Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. Foster effective communication and build relationships with clients to enhance their quality of life. Implement behavior management strategies and support clients in achieving personal goals. Document client progress and report any significant changes to the appropriate team members.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
