We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry-Level Direct Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This role offers hands-on experience in outside sales, business development, and account management within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

This is a position designed for individuals who want flexibility, ownership, and growth. We provide structured training, mentorship, and support. You bring the work ethic.

What You'll Be Doing

-Hit the field and sell directly to customers within assigned territories

-Generate leads through face-to-face conversations, and follow-ups

-Deliver confident, engaging product presentations and demos

-Build relationships that turn first conversations into long-term customers

-Negotiate, close deals, and celebrate wins

-Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve outreach strategies

-Provide top-tier customer service and follow-through

-Learn real sales skills that translate into management, leadership, or higher-level sales roles
