About the Role:

We are currently hiring entry-level

Sales Representatives

to join our retail sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, want to develop their sales and communication skills, and are motivated by performance-based incentives. No previous sales experience is required--we provide paid, hands-on training.

What You'll Do:

Represent nationally recognized brands in a retail store setting Engage shoppers in conversation to explain and promote product features Answer customer questions and offer tailored solutions Drive brand awareness and encourage product sign-ups or sales Meet daily and weekly performance goals with support from your team Attend regular team meetings and training session.

Who We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, energetic, and motivated by team and individual goals Comfortable working face-to-face in a customer-focused role Must be able to work in person in the New London, CT area

Preferred but Not Required:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail Interest in business, marketing, or communications
