$15.50-$17.00/hour starting (depending on shift & experience)
Afternoon shift premium available.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct care and support to residents in a licensed adult foster care home. Monitor residents' safety, well-being, and daily progress. Assist with meals, hygiene, activities, and daily routines. Document accurately: complete reports, logs, and communicate with supervisors/team. Collaborate with staff, shift leads, and management to provide consistent, high-quality care. Be reliable: show up on time, communicate proactively, and respond to team needs.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

Valid Michigan driver's license (clean record preferred). Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to pass a background check and health screening. 18 years or older and eligible to work in Michigan. Willingness to work flexible shifts (especially afternoons) and occasional weekends.

Nice to Have (but we'll train you):

High school diploma/GED. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain after hire). Previous experience in care, support work or documentation. Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
