.Position Summary:
Direct Care Workers provide compassionate, hands-on care to elderly residents, supporting their daily living needs while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility Follow residents' prescribed care and healthcare plans Administer medications as trained Observe and report changes in resident condition Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a safe and respectful living environment
Schedule Requirements:
1st Shift
Part-time - 24 hours per week
Every other weekend required
Holiday rotation required
Qualifications:
Must be
18 years or older
Ability to pass acriminal background check
No license required
No experience required
