About us Dynamic Connections Autism Program uses a cutting edge treatment approach for children and young adults with symptoms of autism. We provide one to one guidance for our clients to assist them to develop genuine connections with others and gain comfort and competence in managing uncertainty and stress. Our methods and goals are developmentally based. Our work is rewarding for clients and staff. We are seeking someone with a Bachelor\'s or Masters degree in a field related to autism such as psychology, social work, speech/language, occupational therapy. The open position is for direct support staff. The position has growth potential toward case coordination. Hours of work are 8 am - 4 pm, M-F. Health insurance, Life and Long Term Disability Insurance and paid time off benefits offered. Salary can fluctuate based on degree earned and years of experience. Part time status is also an option.
