We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the OpenTable system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Handle cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent guest services. Adhere to food handling safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary practices is beneficial. Ability to operate cash registers and process payments accurately. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A passion for providing outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
