We are seeking dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team in one of the following roles: Dinner Server, Pool Server, or Food Runner & Floater. Each position plays an essential part in creating warm, attentive, and polished guest experiences across our properties. Dinner Server
Upscale food and beverage service experience required.
The Dinner Server is responsible for guiding guests through a refined dining experience with confidence, product knowledge, and poised service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide polished, knowledgeable service in an upscale environment
Guide guests through menus, offering informed recommendations on food, wine, and cocktails
Follow all steps of service with consistency and attention to detail
Anticipate guest needs and maintain a calm presence during high-volume service
Communicate closely with captains, sommeliers, and managers to ensure seamless execution
Maintain table maintenance, pacing, and guest satisfaction throughout the meal
Requirements
Previous fine dining or upscale service experience
Strong wine, spirits, and culinary knowledge
Professional communication and polished demeanor
Reliability, accuracy, and accountability in all service tasks
Pool Server
The Pool Server delivers friendly, attentive service in a relaxed outdoor setting while maintaining the professionalism and brand standards of G.LION Hawai'i.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth and set an inviting tone for the pool dining experience
Take orders accurately, manage pacing, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
Maintain clean, organized service stations and poolside dining areas
Communicate guest requests and any service concerns to the MOD as needed
Uphold safety standards and guest awareness in an outdoor environment
Requirements
Prior serving experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude
Ability to work efficiently in an outdoor, fast-moving environment
Reliability, professionalism, and a steady sense of composure
Floater & Food Runner Positions
This position supports the dining room by keeping service smooth, organized, and consistent. The role is hands-on and team-oriented, helping wherever needed to maintain pacing, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Run food to tables promptly and present dishes accurately
Assist with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and overall dining room readiness
Support servers and captains with water service, bread service, and guest needs
Maintain clean and organized service stations, sidework areas, and back-of-house pass
Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure proper pacing and order accuracy
Step into any support function needed during service to keep the room flowing
Requirements
Prior restaurant experience preferred
Strong attention to detail with a clean, organized work style
Clear communication and a reliable, team-first mindset
Ability to move efficiently and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Consistency, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
