This includes the facilitation of the Avenue5 help desk, in collaboration with other internal departments and stakeholders. The individual in this role will help support other digital products, such as website updates, chatbots and AI-powered tools, while helping to organize projects that ensure strong ROI for properties\xe2\x80\x99 web marketing and digital footprints.
Primary Responsibilities and Objectives

• Facilitate the internal Avenue5 help desk queue and ticket assignments

• Assist with getting leasing workflows implemented for properties, while identifying ways for improvement

• Facilitate the setup and ongoing maintenance of AI-powered leasing tools and website chatbots

• Responsible for website updates and ongoing website support for properties

• Organize day-to-day workflow functions and set up organizational processes and systems

• Liaising with internal groups to collect and organize materials for onboarding and offboarding processes

• Provide project administration and tracking support for internal projects

• Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to Avenue5 properties and associates

Education and Experience

• Associate or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred, with a concentration in marketing, advertising, multimedia communications, English, or graphic design preferred.

• One to two years of property management experience preferred.

• One to two years of experience in direct real estate multifamily marketing within the property management industry is a plus.

• One to two years of prior help desk software experience is a plus.

• One to two years of reporting or analyzing data experience is a plus.

• One to two years of experience in ILS\xe2\x80\x99, Craigslist, SEO, SEM and digital data aggregators is a plus.

• One to two years of experience in Yardi Voyager Marketing module, Real Page, or other equivalent system is a plus.

• Proven track record of delivering projects and assignments at or beyond expectations, and on deadline.

• Flexible and adaptable, with a strong ability to pivot quickly when the need arises.

• Able to manage numerous projects at the same time in fast-paced environment, while retaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Passionate about using technology to create efficiencies and generate ROI.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional conceptual and creative and critical thinking skills.

• Strong understanding of property management industry trends, issues and emerging technology.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Positive demeanor, voracious appetite to learn new concepts, and excellent professional judgement.

• Required to pass the Avenue5 fair housing, diversity, and inclusion training within 30 days of employment.

Scheduling

• Typically, Monday-Friday 8am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm

Environment

• Exposure to environment typically found in an office building.
