Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Print Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various printing processes and possess a keen eye for detail. This role involves operating printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining production schedules. The Print Operator will work closely with the design and production teams to achieve optimal results in print quality and efficiency.

Duties

Operate and maintain flexo press and other printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Collaborate with the prepress team to ensure files are correctly prepared for printing, including color management and layout design. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards. Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the printing process, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Experience

Proven experience in digital printing-related fields is preferred. Familiarity with prepress processes and quality control measures is essential. Experience with HP Flatbed Printer a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
