We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Assistant
to join our growing digital team -- someone who's creative, organized, and excited to contribute fresh ideas that help our clients generate measurable results.
Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Media Results, you'll support a variety of ongoing marketing initiatives across our home service and automotive client portfolio. Your work will focus on creating and publishing engaging content, optimizing websites for search visibility, managing social media channels, and helping develop new digital strategies to improve client performance.
You'll also assist with website audits, email marketing, and client research initiatives such as mystery shopping -- all aimed at helping clients better understand their customer journey and improve conversion rates
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and publish engaging content across websites, blogs, and social media channels
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search rankings and traffic
Perform regular website audits to identify technical, content, and user-experience improvement opportunities
Assist with the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows
Manage and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and report on performance trends
Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing ideas and campaigns for home service clients (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, fencing, etc.)
Conduct competitive research and mystery shopping to evaluate client lead-handling processes and provide actionable feedback
Track performance metrics and assist in compiling client reports to demonstrate progress and opportunities for growth
Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and new creative strategies to keep clients ahead of competitors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO (internships included)
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner), and CMS platforms like WordPress
Familiarity with social media marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.) and email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Analytical mindset and curiosity for testing new strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
