Job Title: Digital Content Creator (Hybrid - Plano, TX)

Location: Plano, TX (On-site & Remote Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:

We are a growing business group with multiple brands, including a Nail Salon, Med Spa, and

HVAC Company. We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Content Creator to manage

and grow our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

Position Overview:

The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content,

including photography, videography, reels, slideshows, and digital ad campaigns. This role

requires both on-site content creation at our business locations and off-site editing/production

work.

Responsibilities:

o Develop and execute content strategies tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and

other platforms.

o Film and photograph engaging content on-site at the Nail Salon, Med Spa, and HVAC

Company.

o Create and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.

o Design digital ads and graphics for social media and paid campaigns.

o Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them to our brands.

o Work closely with the owner and management team to align content with brand voice and

marketing goals.

o Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for growth.

Requirements:

o Proven experience in digital content creation (portfolio required).

o Strong skills in videography, photography, and editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva,

Final Cut, or similar).

o Experience creating reels, TikTok videos, and social-first content.

o Knowledge of social media best practices, algorithms, and ad creation.

o Ability to work on-site for filming and photography, with flexibility to edit and produce

from home.

o Strong communication and organizational skills.

o Creative eye with attention to detail.

Preferred:

o Experience working with lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or service brands.

o Familiarity with social media analytics and ad campaign management.
