Overview: Serve as the key Digital and Social Media Design expert within a complex, high-value global brand refresh effort

Location: Work From Home

Compensation: Based on experience.

Hours/Duration: Full-time, one year


Liaison Creative + Marketing has an immediate work-from-home, full-time, full-benefits opportunity for a designer specializing in digital and social advertising collateral. Liaison\'s client is a Fortune 50 enterprise services company with a highly visible, well-respected, and global brand. In this role, you\'ll work within their Brand and Creative Team which leads the development and implementation of the external brand strategy and brand experience for their global network of interrelated firms. This team is responsible for global brand governance, brand protection, and the company\'s overall creative strategy. This is a great opportunity to be involved in many aspects of a major evolution for a respected global brand. You will leverage and grow your brand experience in this role. The initial term of this engagement is for one year but could extend for additional years as the scope and scale of the refresh expands.
  • Create digital designs using the Adobe Creative Suite to promote our client\xe2\x80\x99s new brand design and identity.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify the type and nature of social ads needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Leverage Social Media Management platforms to ensure designs are optimized across platforms.
  • Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external agency partners to implement a major refresh and evolution of their global brand. You\xe2\x80\x99ll apply the brand and identity vision in the designs you create for multiple website properties and applications. Your experience and expertise will allow you to solve complex design problems in creative and compelling ways.
  • Be flexible; this will be a very dynamic role with evolving responsibilities, so adaptability will be key to your success. Prior experience working within a global enterprise creative marketing organization will help you ramp quickly in this unique environment. Prior experience working at a creative agency will be helpful, but not essential.

How to be a top candidate for this job:

  • Your resume shows 5+ years including recent in-house large (Fortune 1000-level) corporate experience focused on Social Media design and adjacent responsibilities.
  • A web-based portfolio showcasing your work (no individual files please).
  • Experience working on at least one large high-value brand refresh, rebranding, or brand launch project.
  • Prior agency experience is a plus but cannot substitute for in-house corporate experience. Your success in this role will require a rapid ramp up to a complex corporate culture.

Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite for Mac
  • Experience with social media publishing and tracking tools (Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Mastery of graphic design principles, tools, and practices that enable you to adapt, deliver, and advise within a complex, fast-changing, and dynamic corporate environment.
