This is a contract on-site role for a Field Support Technician located in Portland, OR. The Field Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing computer repairs, and supporting desktop computers. The technician will work directly with the clients to ensure smooth operations and address any technical challenges.
Qualifications
Experience in Field Support and providing Technical Support
Skills in Troubleshooting and Computer Repair
Proficiency with Desktop Computers
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Relevant certifications and experience in the IT field are a plus
