Job Description

Marquette University School of Dentistry invites applications for a full-time clinical track position as Director of the Delta Dental Clinic. The position is a "hands on" clinical position providing direct student supervision of clinical care.
Duties and Responsibilities
Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Direct oversight of clinic treatment area and clinic administration

Management of Dental Emergency patients

Management of Special Needs patients

Direct clinical supervision of predoctoral and postgraduate students

Assessment of student performance

Oversight of all faculty working in the clinic

Didactic teaching - lectures, seminars

Managing dental emergencies for patients of record as necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Qualified applicants must have a DMD/DDS degree from a US or Canadian dental school recognized by the ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation or an equivalent foreign degree. Applicants must hold a valid dental license in some state or jurisdiction and be eligible for a regular license or faculty license in the State of Wisconsin and be eligible for a DEA registration number.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Preference for this position will be given to candidates who've successfully completed a GPR or AEGD program.
