What You'll Do
Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, answering patient questions and helping them understand their options
Review financial estimates, insurance coverage, and payment options with patients
Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure efficient use of the doctor's time
Maintain and update patient records accurately
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care
Follow up with patients who have pending treatment to encourage completion of care
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional, compassionate manner
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
? What We're Looking For
Experience in dental treatment coordination or dental administration preferred
If no dental experience:
must have a strong background in sales or customer relations*, with proven ability to build trust, educate, and close commitments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- both in-person and over the phone
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive, proactive, and empathetic approach to patient care
Quick learner with the ability to absorb dental terminology, procedures, and insurance details rapidly
Comfort discussing financial information and payment options with professionalism and confidence
