Position Overview

Join

Reset Smile Lounge

in launching an innovative, wellness-based dental program in Phoenix! We're seeking an

Arizona-licensed General Dentist (DDS/DMD)

to provide compassionate, high-quality care in an integrated setting. This

contract role (5-10 hrs/week)

offers

flexible scheduling

and rapid growth into a

full-time Dental Clinical Director position

as the clinic expands.

Responsibilities

Serve as

Dental Clinical Director

, overseeing all dental operations, infection control, and quality assurance. Deliver patient care including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures. Maintain accurate, compliant documentation per Arizona Dental Board standards. Help develop clinic policies for sterilization, OSHA, and emergency procedures. Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers for integrated treatment. Support credentialing, payer enrollment, and regulatory setup for the new dental entity. Promote a positive, patient-centered environment aligned with our holistic mission.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (

DDS

) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (

DMD

)

Active Arizona dental license

in good standing

DEA registration

(if prescribing controlled substances)

CPR/BLS certification

required;

ACLS/PALS

preferred if performing sedation Arizona

fingerprint clearance card

(or eligibility to obtain) Knowledge of state dental compliance, infection control, and documentation standards Excellent communication and leadership skills
