Our office is seeking a dedicated and outgoing professional to fill the role of Dental Receptionist. A successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong understanding of dental terms. The receptionist at our office will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and welcoming new patients. Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and walk-in patients.
- Schedule appointments for the doctor.
- Answer patient questions about the dental procedures.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for the doctor.
- Explain insurance coverage to patients.
- Assist insurance representatives in completing their tasks.
- Complete referrals.
- Adjudicate patient balances at time of service.
