Job Description
This is a full-time position (32-40 hours a week). This position will start at our Valley Health Westmoreland office and in January 2026 will transition to our Valley Health East Huntington office. The hours will change due to organizational needs and travel will be associated with this position.

Dental Assistant
to join our patient-centered dental team.What You'll Do:
Assist the dentist during procedures Transfer instruments, keep the area clean and dry, and anticipate next steps like a dental superhero Take impressions, expose radiographs, apply fluoride, place matrix bands, and more Fabricate and cement temporary crowns and space maintainers Provide oral hygiene instruction and post-op care advice Perform prophy for pediatric and special needs patients
What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or GED required Dental Assisting Certification preferred Strong attention to detail and a passion for patient care Friendly personality and excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to grow, learn, and always put patients first
