Job Overview

The Delivery Manager will work closely with our business partners to understand and document project scope, lead project requirement meetings, develop and maintain project trackers, and ensure the successful and timely completion of cross-functional team deliverables.



The Delivery Manager will serve as D2C project manager, ensuring team projects are deployed within target timelines and meet business and client completion expectations, with an emphasis on diligence and excellence.



The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to be flexible as changes and challenges arise.

Job Responsibilities:



Understand and lead the delivery and implementation of D2C program initiatives Prepare detailed scope/requirements documentation along with priority designations that development teams will use to plan, develop, test and implement Partner with teams to ensure processes are adhered to, and advocate for processes improvement Outline project tasks and delegate accordingly Track team status and engage team members and leaders as necessary Target timely delivery of milestones and dependencies, consistently tracking status and sharing updates Collaborate with other team members to remove delivery roadblocks Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management Address and manage questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Successful history in anticipating business needs and proactively addressing them Ability to lead, navigate, and prioritize in a fast-paced dynamic environment Ability to quickly learn about projects or products being developed Strong project management skills with proven track record of managing multiple initiatives concurrently, delivering high quality work under tight timelines Ability to speak and communicate with the technical team and the business team in their own vernacular and translate concepts between both teams

Preferred Skills and Experience



At least five years of experience in Product or Project Management eCommerce and Mobile experience Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Java Experience working with offshore development teams Technical platform project management experience PMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications
