Job Description

3 L Logistics Inc. in Columbia, MO is seeking multiple delivery drivers to join our growing team (170+ employees)! We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, with multiple locations including Columbia (MO), Ottumwa (IA), Waterloo (IA), Rockford (IL), St. Louis (MO), and Humboldt (TN)! Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable, and hard-working.

1 week paid vacation upon completion of a 90 day probationary period. 2 paid personal days upon completion of a 90 day probationary period. Access to health and dental insurance. A clear pathway to earn up to $20/hr within your first year.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a delivery vehicle to deliver goods to customers. Navigate a variety of routes throughout city and rural areas while adhering to a time schedule. Load and unload goods to be delivered. Complete logs and reports.

Qualifications

Must be age 21+ Safe driving record Valid Driver's License Must be able to pass a state and federal background check. Must be able to pass a DOT drug test. Must be able to obtain a DOT Med Card. Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sunday


Starting compensation $20.00/hr, with raises based on performance!
