We're looking for a dependable

Delivery Coordinator

to keep our catering deliveries running smoothly. In this key role, you'll coordinate 25 routes, support 25 drivers, and ensure every client receives their daily order on time and in perfect condition. As the

backup to our Delivery Manager

, you'll also have the opportunity to step into a leadership role when needed.

What You'll Do

Oversee and coordinate daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate meal deliveries. Serve as the main contact for delivery drivers, assisting with routes, delays, and customer needs. Support and mentor drivers on safety, customer service, and company procedures. Step in for the Delivery Manager during absences--making operational decisions and handling escalated issues. Assist with vehicle inspections, basic maintenance checks, and compliance with all safety and food-handling standards. Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate delivery documentation.

What We're Looking For

At least 1-2 years of delivery, logistics, or related experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. (and occasionally heavier loads up to 100-165 lbs.). Leadership or team lead experience is a plus.
