We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery and Shipping Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes, contributing to efficient order fulfillment and maintaining high standards of warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and a strong understanding of e-commerce logistics.

Responsibilities

Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Execute order picking, packing, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using RF scanners and MRP systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking of products within the warehouse. Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Assist in packaging products for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock audits as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a focus on shipping & receiving operations. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce logistics is preferred. Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, including picking & packing techniques. Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing tasks. Experience using RF scanners for tracking inventory is advantageous. Possesses excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
