We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Debt Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in managing their debt, provide expert advice on financial solutions, and helping them achieve financial stability. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of financial software, and a passion for helping individuals navigate their financial challenges.

This is an in person position. In person interviews only.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' financial situations to identify debt management needs. Develop personalized debt repayment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the debt resolution process. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using financial software. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to debt management and consumer finance.

Experience

Proven experience in debt counseling or a related field is preferred. A willingness to learn is advantageous. Familiarity with financial software tools for tracking and managing client accounts is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in an understandable manner. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
