Job Description

```Duties```
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, social, and intellectual growth
- Provide basic care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families, ensuring open communication and addressing any concerns or questions
- Observe and assess children's behavior and development, identifying any areas of concern or special needs
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of toys, equipment, and facilities

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in childcare or daycare settings is preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
