Position Overview
The Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring our customers' first impressions are positive and professional. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
Schedule appointments and assist with service bookings.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth customer flow.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (automotive experience preferred but not required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer-based scheduling systems.
