Position Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented

Data Integrity Associate

to support our migration from an on-premises file system to SharePoint. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and organization of large volumes of data as we transition to a modern digital environment. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys improving data quality. There may also be opportunities to assist with financial analysis projects related to commercial real estate loan servicing.

Key Responsibilities



Validate and input accurate information into databases and spreadsheets (Excel, SharePoint, REALSynergy) Identify and execute efficient processes for quick and accurate data entry and cleanup Review, organize, and rename documents using strict naming conventions Scan documents for electronic filing and ensure proper digital organization Complete high-volume tasks within set deadlines Collaborate with other departments to obtain missing information or clarify data Perform web research to obtain or verify data as needed Maintain sensitive and confidential information with discretion Support the migration of files and data from legacy systems to SharePoint Potential to assist with financial analysis of commercial real estate loan portfolios in the future

Required Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a relevant field preferred 1+ years of related work experience in data entry, data management, or similar roles Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with SharePoint, REALSynergy, or similar data management systems Experience with commercial real estate loan terminology, loan documentation, and servicing agreements
