We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Mapping Associate to join our growing analytics team. This role focuses on organizing, maintaining, and validating structured data within internal systems. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and proficient in Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Build, edit, and maintain structured data maps within internal systems.
Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and properly formatted.
Perform consistent and high-quality data entry with attention to detail.
Audit and resolve inconsistencies or errors across multiple datasets.
Collaborate with operations and software teams to maintain data integrity.
Manage data updates and participate in new project implementations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Independently (re)prioritize an evolving task list
Work weekends to support time-sensitive updates and data rollouts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, formatting, and data validation).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive or structured tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and priorities.
Prior experience in data management, data entry, or operations preferred but not required.
Knowledge of basic statistics, database structures, scripting languages are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)
