About the Role


We're looking for a Data Integration Specialist to help us connect the dots between systems, transform data into meaningful insights, and support IT and business goals across our organization. In this role, you'll design and manage data integration processes, maintain ETL pipelines, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and secure.

What You'll Do



Design and implement data integration architecture and best practices Plan, execute, and manage data integrations across multiple systems Develop data maps, standards, and SQL code to support ETL and reporting needs Build and maintain functions, routines, and stored procedures for data transformation Collaborate with IT teams on data structures, storage, and integrations across cloud, web, and legacy systems Test and validate data processes to ensure accuracy, security, and privacy Support data warehouse initiatives and metadata management Troubleshoot issues, debug software, and provide technical support for integrations Train and support staff on data processes as needed

What We're Looking For



Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, transformations, SSMS, SSIS) Experience with ETL processes and data synchronization Familiarity with API scripting (Python, Java) and troubleshooting tools Understanding of cloud computing and enterprise data architecture Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

(must meet one of the following):

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Database Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field; OR Associate's degree in one of the above fields

plus

two (2) years of experience working with computerized datasets; OR High school diploma or equivalent

plus

four (4) years of experience working with computerized datasets

Degree must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. International degrees require verification of equivalency (fee required)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
