Responsibilities
Maintain database accuracy by
entering, updating, and verifying customer and account information
.
Review data for errors or omissions and correct inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
Retrieve information from various sources and input it accurately into internal systems.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Support data-related projects and assist with compiling reports as requested by management.
Communicate with internal teams to clarify information or resolve discrepancies.
Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks in alignment with operational goals.
Follow company standards for record management, information security, and compliance.
Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Entry-level position requiring
at least 1 year of customer service or clerical experience
.
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management systems.
Residency:
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to
Washington D.C.
