We have an opening available to join our North Pole/Fairbanks team on Eielson, AFB, Alaska as a Data Entry Clerk/Admin for hazardous waste operations. Key Responsibilities May Included: ? Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental, and Security Management program requirements as priority one while always acting in a safe manner ? Perform a variety of administrative tasks and general office duties ? Data system entry ? Order and maintain office supplies and materials ? Scanning, filing, and retrieval of documents and reports ? Office and general housekeeping ? Track and submit expense reports to accounting staff ? Print waste manifests, labels ? Input and retrieve data from EESOH-MIS (Environmental Safety and Occupational Health- Management Information System). ? Complete assigned tasks within defined deadlines ? Provide excellent customer service and client relations ? Assist with personnel and HR responsibilities ? Respond to internal and external customers appropriately while meeting their requests in a timely manner ? Operate a variety of modern office equipment, including, personal computers and related software Qualifications: ? Pass pre-employment drug screening including marijuana ? Pass required background checks for military installation access ? Valid Driver?s license ? Proficient in modern office methods, practices, procedures, and equipment ? Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook ? Ability to meet physical demands of the position ? Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic ? Able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities ? Consistent and reliable self-starter ? Able to communicate clearly and concisely ?
