WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Data Analyst Intern

to support key reporting and business intelligence functions. This is a full-time, in-person internship in Aberdeen, MD. It will run Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM from approximately mid-May to mid-August 2026.


Through hands-on experience with tools including Excel and Power BI, you'll gain exposure to project management, operations, and how data informs decision-making across departments.

Responsibilities

Gather, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources for accuracy and usability Build dashboards, generate recurring reports, and highlight trends or risks Document meeting notes, maintain trackers, and prepare visuals for stakeholder presentations Perform descriptive analysis, benchmark performance, and identify gaps or bottlenecks Draft/update SOPs, manage version control, and support workflow documentation Partner with Project Manager, share findings clearly, and assist with cross-departmental requests

Physical Requirements

Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

--------------

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in data analytics or a related field
