Primary Responsibilities:

• Create SQL algorithms using multiple data sets to stage or present information in a meaningful way that supports business stakeholders, investigative analysis, or business initiatives
• Design innovative and appealing solutions that maximize data visualization capabilities, in a manner that \'tells the story\' by simplifying the consumption of information and overall usability
• Document processes, procedures, and algorithms used to support analysis and reports in a way that ensures repeatability, reproducibility, and scalability of department capabilities
• Use problem solving skills to perform root cause analysis and/or identify alternative solutions, in a group setting or individually

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience creating, testing, and executing complex SQL code
• 1+ years with Power BI or similar data visualization tool (Tableau, Microstrategy)
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced changing environment
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven process driven and detail oriented
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare data
• SSIS experience
