MFC is seeking a Cyber Systems Security Engineer for a position in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be engaged in some of MFC\'s highly innovative and ingenious solutions to complex technical problems facing the aerospace industry.

This role supports a broad knowledge across multiple systems engineering domains along with experience collaborating with team members across geographic boundaries. Engineering domains include requirements engineering, design integration, simulation, interface definition, and others.

You will leverage your technical, and interpersonal skills in a structured team framework and work in a cross-functional engineering team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting Model Based Systems Engineering with focus on Cybersecurity to improve integrity and security of weapon system environments at Lockheed Martin Missiles and
Fire Control

- The coordination, development, and management of technical Cybersecurity requirements

- Developing CAMEO models with emphasis on system decomposition, functions, interfaces, and performance to describe and analyze complex Cybersecurity systems and software

- Employing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) as a formalized application of modeling to support system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation activities, beginning in the conceptual design phase / mission use cases, and continuing throughout development and later life cycle phases, as well as supporting Modeling & Simulation efforts

Basic Qualifications:
*Must currently hold a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with an investigation within 5 years to be considered for this position*

  • Bachelor\'s degree in related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master\'s degree in related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Extensive experience developing Cameo models
  • DoD product development
  • Developing, evaluating and analyzing design constrains, trade-offs and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the Cyber domain
  • Coordinating with Cyber and system architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions
  • Conducting cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements
  • Employing cyber security processes, methods, techniques and tools and assure their consistent application
*Must possess (or obtain within six months of employment start date) a DoD 8570.01-M certification*
Desired Skills:
  • Advanced degree in a technical field
  • System-of-system modeling
  • Autonomous systems modeling and development
  • Complex mission system definition and modeling
  • Integration of highly advanced technologies into usable products
  • Collaboration with an extensive team of system designers to build cutting-edge weapon systems
  • Experience modeling systems in system modeling tools (Cameo experience preferred)
  • Using MBSE execution and analysis tools and managing model content
  • Understanding of Static and Dynamic Code Analysis tools in CI/CD pipeline
  • Strong understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
