Lofty is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Value Account Executive focused on expanding existing customer accounts. This role plays a pivotal part in driving Lofty's growth by identifying upsell opportunities, introducing new products, and strengthening client relationships within our current customer base. Conduct engaging product demonstrations for add-on modules, lead generation tools, and platform upgrades with existing clients.
Identify, strategize, and close upsell opportunities in collaboration with the broader sales team and leadership.
Use social selling, outbound calls, and other prospecting techniques to expand your pipeline and engage high-potential accounts.
Manage and grow a pipeline of upsell opportunities using Lofty's CRM and proprietary tools.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing basic client inquiries and potential cancellations, routing them to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
What's the work location?
You'll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix--a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you'll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week--giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.
What's the earning potential ($$$)?
First year earnings? Start with a base of $50,000 and an estimated OTE of $100,000. Top performers consistently exceed their OTE, combining base pay and uncapped commissions. The more you engage and close, the more you earn -- with strong potential for advancement within Lofty's growing sales organization.
Requirements:
What are we looking for?
3-5 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
1-2 years of experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
1-2 years of experience using screen-sharing tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Proven track record of prospecting, upselling, and closing new opportunities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology into client value.
Strong organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail.
Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to share strategies and learn from peers.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over performance.
Demonstrated success operating in a goal-driven, metrics-based environment.
