We are looking for experienced Customer Support Specialists to join our family!

This is a remote position in which it is required to reside in a state where we have a Kneaders restaurant (Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, or Colorado).

We are looking for individuals who can help provide support for our operators and employees who work hard for us every day! We are looking for full time agents to take inbound calls.

We are hiring customer support specialists starting at $12.00 an hour. You must be available in the afternoon/evenings. The shifts available are 12-8pm, 2-8pm, or even 4-8pm.

While some of you may have children and pets at home during your scheduled shift, you must make sure your background environment is free from noise while you are on calls. You are expected to be at home through your entire shift. During your shift you will receive calls from our Kneaders locations which would normally go to the restaurant location.

Headquartered in American Fork Utah, Kneaders Bakery & Cafe has 47 restaurants in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho and Colorado.

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
Identify customer needs and help customers place orders
Organize catering orders
Help customers place to-go orders
Assist with customer feedback/complaints
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features (frequent diner system, online ordering, DoorDash, etc.)
Educate customers on our menu

Requirements:
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with the food service industry is a plus
Must have your own computer and reliable internet source
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough case
Highly motivated and cheerful
Proficiency on the Kneaders menu
