Job Description






Do you enjoy helping others and solving problems? Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist III and provide support and a high-quality experience to our customers. Your work will include:

  • Providing technical and customer support via phone, email, and video
  • Providing answers to customers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through corrective steps
  • Documenting issues and resolutions accurately within SalesForce and Jira
  • Tracking, reporting, and advocating on tier 2 trends
  • Provide tier 2 updates during weekly support meeting
  • Complete assigned projects as needed
  • Providing support for Canvas, ClassLink, Clever, Schoology, and OneRoster connections
  • Troubleshoot and collaborate with engineering on tier 3 issues
  • Participate in weekly Jira meetings
A Qualified Candidate:
  • Has an associate or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field preferred
  • Has 3+ years of customer service and technical support experience
  • Has experience with Microsoft Office suite, Windows and Apple operating systems, and web browsers
  • Has excellent understanding of computer systems and equipment
  • Has excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has strong customer service, and conflict resolution skills
  • Has the ability to handle a heavy workload, stay organized, and multi-task
  • Has working knowledge of learning management systems
  • Has product and market knowledge, preferred
