Position Overview
We're seeking a Customer Support Representative who is passionate about customer success, problem-solving, and creating exceptional experiences. In this role, you'll support clients through tickets, email, phone, and live chat--ensuring they receive fast, effective, and friendly service.
What You'll Do
Support customers through tickets, phone calls, emails, and live chat
Onboard new clients and lead strategy calls to ensure successful adoption
Understand customer goals and help develop strategic plans to achieve them
Troubleshoot issues and connect customers with the right resources
Collaborate with the team to manage a shared customer base
Maintain strong KPIs and contribute to a positive team environment
Attend daily and weekly team meetings
What We're Looking For
Customer service or related experience
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
