Role Overview



This isn't your average support role. As a

Customer Support Representative

, you'll be the frontline expert supporting both retail customers (B2C) and professional photographers (B2B). You'll troubleshoot advanced software, guide users through complex workflows, train clients, and collaborate across departments to solve problems and improve processes. You'll need to be equal parts tech whiz, empathetic communicator, and strategic thinker.

Key Responsibilities



Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate support via phone, email, chat, and occasion Zoom 'trainings' or "walk-throughs" Troubleshoot issues across proprietary and third-party software platforms Guide users through placing orders, locating images, and navigating packages De-escalate customer concerns with patience and professionalism Train clients on software features and best practices Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues Stay current on evolving tools, workflows, and industry trends

What You Bring



Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills -- written, verbal, and interpersonal Tech fluency: comfortable learning new software and navigating digital tools Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Reliable transportation and stable employment history Must pass background check and drug screening Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Bonus Points



3+ years in customer service or account management Background and knowledge in photography Background in other imaging, design, or creative industries College Degree Background, knowledge, and/or experience in school, sports, or other such organizations. Experience supporting technical software products Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
