About the Position: Custom Building Products is seeking a focused Customer Support Representative who will add value to our team. Working from our plant location in Lithia Springs, the CSR will be responsible for handling a variety of customer needs, addressing customer concerns with empathy, and display fact-finding techniques to solve issues. The ideal candidate is someone who loves to help people and can accurately complete their work in a timely manner. Great candidates for this position will have possess these qualifications:
- At least two years of ACD-equipped call center experience
- Type 50+ WPM
- Effective communication skills
